Online Bill Payment Features Online Bill Payment is a free service where The First National Bank will print and mail check for your bills. All you need is a mailing address and contact phone number for the person who you wish to send a check to, we do the rest. Please read and print out the TeleBanc, Online Banking, and/or Online Bill Payment Access Agreement, which is required to enable this service. Requirements In order to utilize our online banking services, the following requirements must be satisfied: An existing account is required to use the Online Banking services (an account cannot be opened online) 128-bit security encryption is required on your internet browser A signed TeleBanc, Online Banking, and/or Online Bill Payment Access Agreement is required for activation starting 02-01-2005
