David A. Rodabaugh

David A. Rodabaugh graduated from Bluffton High School in 1970 and Wittenberg University in 1974 with a major in Political Science. He graduated from Ohio Northern University in 1977 with a J.D. Degree and has been practicing law from 1977 to the present. He was elected the Lima, Ohio City Law Director from 1986 to 1998. In 1993, he was elected to serve as director of Pandora Bancshares Inc. (The First National Bank).

Married to the former Christine Hunt, they have three children, Katie, Ashley and Alex. He is a member of Rotary and St. Charles Church.

Charles D. Niswander

Charles D. Niswander has been with the Board of The First National Bank for 6 years. He and his wife Sondra reside in the Pandora area. They have three grown children that are through college and out on their own. His professional background has been in the medical field for over 30 years of which he has been involved both clinically and administratively. He has two undergraduate degrees from Indiana University and Heidelberg College. Mr. Niswander has a graduate degree in Executive Management from Ashland University. Mr. Niswander recently retired. He formerly served as the CEO of the CITAS Corp. a for profit entity under BVHA. His former duties included directing medical staffing and development activities at Blanchard Valley Health Association (BVHA).

Mr. Niswander enjoys working on his farm, collecting fine art and participating with his church's activities. He also enjoys serving his community and teaching part-time at Rhodes Community College. He has served as President of the Ohio State Lung Association and served on its executive committee. He has served as President for the Ohio Hospital's Ohio Network of Physician Recruiters and currently serves on its executive committee. Mr. Niswander also serves on the Board of his church.

Martin L. Terry

Mr. Martin L. Terry graduated from Findlay College in 1966 with a bachelor's degree in business administration. He began his 33-year career with Findlay Industries, Inc. and became the corporate controller. In 1976, he was elected Corporate Secretary, Treasurer and named to the Board of Directors. Three years later, he was elected Financial Vice-President. When he retired in December 31, 1997 at Findlay Industries, Inc., he was Vice-President of Human Resources, Corporate Secretary-Treasurer and a member of the Board of Directors.

In March of 1998, he was named Vice President of Business Affairs for The University of Findlay. He has remained in that capacity since that date, where he is responsible for the financial affairs of the University along with their equestrian riding facilities, athletics, the Emergency Response Training Center, the business office, the bookstores, the print shop and human resources.

Mr. Terry is active in numerous community organizations including Rotary Club, Junior Achievement, and the IMC portion of the Findlay Hancock Chamber of Commerce. He is also a current board member of the Findlay Hancock Chamber of Commerce and The First National Bank. Mr. Terry has two children and resides with his wife, Chrystal in Findlay.

Donald R. Dreisbach

Mr. Don Dreisbach is a graduate of Arcadia High School and Olivet Nazarene University with a BA. He has attended the Wisconsin Graduate School of Banking, ABA National Commercial Lending Graduate School, Ohio Advanced School of Commercial Lending and ABA National Bank Compliance School. Mr. Dreisbach has over 34 years of experience in the banking industry. He started his career with First National Bank of Findlay (now 5/3). He has held various positions in operations, lending, accounting audit, compliance and executive management. In 1985, Mr. Dreisbach went to Ohio Bank, (Sky Bank, now Huntington) where he held various positions in commercial & agricultural lending, and business development. He retired from Sky Bank in 2001 as a Vice President. From 2002- 2004 he served as a consultant and bank analyst for BancShares of America. He has also served as a consultant to insurance companies as an expert witness on banking practices and procedures for a Florida law firm.

Mr. Dreisbach and his wife Carol have three grown children and reside near Fostoria, Ohio. Mr. Dreisbach was born and raised on a dairy farm. He currently owns and operates a 380 acres grain farming operation.

His other activities include, Board Member of Findlay City Mission, Findlay Area Chamber of Commerce, Hancock County Farm Bureau, Arcadia Citizens Advisory Council, Olivet Nazarene University Foundation Board, and Kiwanis. He is a member of College First Church of God. He has served as Past President and Board Member of the West Central Ohio Bank Administration and of the Northwest Ohio American Institute of Banking. He joined the Board of The First National Bank in 2003.

J. Peter Suter

Dr. Suter is an Associate Professor of Business at Bluffton University teaching primarily in the areas of finance and marketing. Dr. Suter holds both a B.A. and M.A. from Bluffton University and a doctorate from the Falls School of Business of Anderson University. His doctoral research was in community bank marketing.

Dr. Suter and his wife Kim are active small business owners, founding Common Grounds Coffeehouse & Café in 1997 and Shirley's Gourmet Popcorn Co in 2009. The Suters also own and operate the Shannon Theatre in downtown Bluffton. Pete and Kim reside in rural Pandora with their three children.

Jared L. Lehman

Jared Lehman is a graduate of Bluffton High School and a graduate of Bluffton University where he earned B.A. and M.A. degrees. Currently, he serves as the Executive Director of Otterbein Cridersville Senior Lifestyle Community. He has spent his entire professional career working in the field of elder care including ten years at Good Samaritan Society of Arlington. In addition to his work at Otterbein he serves as a member of the Ohio Area #8 Workforce Investment Act Policy Board.

Mr. Lehman is a member of the Wapakoneta Rotary and Ebenezer Mennonite Church where he has served on the Board of Deacons. Jared and his wife, Sarah, have two boys and reside in rural Bluffton. He joined the Board of Directors of First National Bank in 2011.

Todd A. Mason

Todd A. Mason is a graduate of The Ohio State University with a Bachelor of Science with Distinction. He majored in agricultural economics with minors in accounting, finance, computer science and mathematics. Mr. Mason is a graduate of the Ohio School of Banking, Colorado Graduate School of Banking and the Ohio Bankers Association Advanced Commercial Lending School.

Mr. Mason has over 26 years of experience in the banking field. He worked for Union Bank and Liberty National Bank prior to coming to First National Bank. He has served in the capacity of Vice President, Senior Lender, Executive Vice President, Chief Operations Officers and is currently the President and CEO of the First National Bank.

Mr. Mason operates and resides on a family farm in Allen County, adjacent to a site where his great, great, great, great grandfather settled in the 1820's.
