Pandora
Loan Servicer (Full-time)
Description:
• Provide excellent service to customers and staff with loan-related questions
• Set up new loans and maintain accurate loan records in the core system
• Service loans throughout their lifecycle, including adjustments, extensions, waivers, escrow updates, and corrections
• Process payments, compute interest, and enter charge-off/non-accrual activity
• Track loan collateral and insurance requirements, including PMI, VSI, GAP, and force-placed insurance
• Process loan payoffs, satisfactions, and releases
• Support servicing and reporting for Fannie Mae, SBA, and participation loans
• Assist with loan imaging, filing, exception tracking, and year-end maintenance
Qualifications:
• Strong accuracy, organization, and attention to detail
• Experience in loan operations, servicing, or lending; Fiserv experience a plus
• Associate degree or equivalent experience (bachelor’s preferred)
• Comfortable working with numbers, loan documents, and core banking systems
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Dependable, team-oriented, and adaptable in a busy operations environment
Findlay
Mortgage Originator (Full-time)
Description:
• Originate and close residential mortgage loans within the bank’s market
• Conduct application interviews and collect required documentation
• Review applicant financials, credit, and property details; prepare files for underwriting
• Communicate with applicants, underwriters, and third parties to keep loans moving
• Build new business through outside sales calls, networking, and community involvement
• Identify cross-sell opportunities and promote bank products
• Participate in lending, sales, and underwriting meetings as needed
Qualifications:
• Strong relationship-building and customer service skills
• Prior mortgage origination or lending experience preferred (2+ years)
• Associate degree or equivalent education/experience
• Ability to analyze financial information and complete loan documentation accurately
• Organized, self-driven, and comfortable working independently
• Clear communicator who enjoys sales, networking, and community engagement
Findlay
Customer Service Representative (Part-time)
Description:
• Greet customers and process financial transactions accurately and efficiently
• Receive and verify cash, checks, deposits, and loan payments
• Maintain an organized, secure cash drawer and follow bank procedures
• Assist customers with account questions and basic problem resolution
• Support daily branch operations including mail, night drop, and ATM transactions
• Build positive relationships by providing friendly, professional service
Qualifications:
• Strong customer service skills and a genuine desire to help others
• Ability to work accurately with cash, numbers, and computers
• Prior office, customer service, or banking experience preferred
• High school diploma or GED required
• Someone who is reliable, adaptable, and enjoys working as part of a team
Bluffton
Customer Service Representative (Full-time)
Description:
• Greet customers and process financial transactions accurately and efficiently
