  • Analyze loan data
  • Prepare projections on business and agricultural loans
  • Prepare financial analysis

EXPERIENCE:

  • Two-year Associate's Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration and at least two years experience in a related field
  • Bachelor's Degree (B. A.) from a four-year college or university in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Two year credit analyst experience preferred

Loan Processor/Underwriter

SKILLS & ABILITIES:

  • Process, underwrite and close residential, commercial and consumer portfolio loans
  • Fannie Mae Originating & Underwriting: Discover solutions to help meet mortgage needs
  • Manage pipeline to ensure loans are approved and then cleared-to-close within the expected timeframes

EXPERIENCE:

  • Two-year business degree or related field with two to four year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
