FNB To Open Second Lima Location in 2024
July 31, 2023 - First National Bank of Pandora is pleased to announce the future site of its second location in Lima at 1991 Bellefontaine Road, on Lima’s east side near the intersection of State Route 117 and Greeley Chapel Road. Technicon Design Group of Ottawa has designed the branch and Touchstone CPM, a subsidiary of Tuttle Services, will oversee construction of the building. First National Bank Begins Construction
August 23, 2023 - Construction began before our groundbreaking! The area of raised ground will be where our building will sit at 1991 Bellefontaine Road in Lima.

First National Bank Holds Groundbreaking Ceremony
September 5, 2023 - First National Bank held their groundbreaking ceremony. Digging The Footers
September 14, 2023 - The construction crew has been busy staking the building pad, getting the utilities ready and digging the footers to get ready for concrete. We’re making great progress so far!

Ready for Concrete Building Slab
October 11, 2023 - Underground plumbing and electrical were installed and inspected. The crew is prepping to pour the concrete building slab. The steel will be delivered and erected next week and it will really start to look like a building soon.

Structural Steel Erected & Building Slab Poured
October 22, 2023 - You are looking at an aerial view of construction at our future branch located at 1991 Bellefontaine Road. The building slab has been poured. The structural steel erection is now complete and wood framing will begin soon!

Wood Framing
November 1, 2023 - Wood framing is in process. The building is beginning to take shape.

November 3, 2023 - Wood trusses are being set on the building. You can start the see the roof line taking shape.

Roof Sheathing and Building Wrap
November 15, 2023 - The nice weather we have had this fall has allowed construction to move along quickly! The construction crew worked on roof sheathing and building wrap this past week.

Metal Roofing
December 7, 2023 - The blue metal roof is being installed. The exterior blue storefront frames for the windows and doors are being put in. On the interior, metal stud framing and mechanical rough-ins are going in.

Metal Stud Wall Framing Complete
December 15, 2023 - Things are moving right along with construction at our Lima - Bellefontaine Road branch. The metal stud wall framing on the interior was recently completed. Interior metal door frames were set. Also completed were plumbing rough-ins. On the exterior the storefront frames were installed. The HVAC and Electrical rough-ins are up next and drywall will be going up soon! It's been awesome to see the progress over the last few weeks.

Drywalling is Underway
December 28, 2023 - Progress is visible on the interior as drywalling is underway. The roof is almost done, and we're tapped into the water line.

Paint and Brick are Coming Soon!
January 5, 2024 - The roof is installed, drywall installation is getting close to being finished, and they should be starting to paint the last week of January. Masonry veneer is set to begin soon, weather depending!

Brick and EIFS
February 15, 2024 - The outside is looking great. This picture shows the brick and EIFS progress. We can't wait to put our FNB logo on the building!

Interior Paint and Ceiling Grid
February 15, 2024 - Drywall finishing was completed. Interior painting is almost finished and it looks really nice! The ceiling grid is being installed and next are light fixtures. Flooring and casework installation will begin at the end of February. It's really starting to feel like the end is in sight.

Interior Paint, Flooring and Cabinetry
March 8, 2024 - Interior painting is completed! Flooring looks great. And the teller line and other cabinetry is being installed. We're excited to open, but have a few things to finish up. Stay tuned!

Let there be Light!
March 28, 2024 - The curbs and sidewalks were poured and the night drop and exterior lights were installed. The teller line cabinetry was installed. The ATM will be installed soon, along with the drive thru tube system so we will be ready to serve you when our doors open! We have a few more significant things that need to happen before we open. The biggest is paving the parking lot, which is weather dependent. We also have furniture to install, network connectivity, landscaping, and interior and exterior signage. We look forward to serving you on the east side of Lima soon!
