Findlay, OH – May 29, 2026 – First National Bank is pleased to announce the promotion of Carly Lehmann to Branch Manager and Consumer Lender at the Findlay Trenton Avenue location. In this role, she will assist customers with a variety of consumer lending needs, including personal loans, auto loans, and home equity products. As Branch Manager, Lehmann will focus on building strong customer relationships and helping individuals achieve their financial goals.

Lehmann joined First National Bank in December 2022 as a Customer Service Representative and was promoted to her current role. During her time with the bank, she has demonstrated a strong commitment to customer service and community involvement.

Lehmann earned her Bachelor of Science degree from Bowling Green State University and her Master of Science degree from Ohio University. She is also involved in the community through Findlay Young Professionals. Originally from Fremont, Ohio, Lehmann currently resides in Findlay with her fiancé.

An event to “Meet the Team” is planned for Monday, June 8 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. to formally welcome her, and it will be held in conjunction with a “Meet the Flag City Sluggers” baseball team event at the branch. The event will feature food, raffles, games, photo opportunities with the team, and more activities.
