FNB Welcomes Kyle Frisch as a New Commercial Lender

Findlay, OH – December 9, 2025 – First National Bank is pleased to announce that Kyle Frisch has joined the team as a Commercial Lender. Kyle brings a strong background in banking to FNB, having worked in the industry since 2015. Kyle looks forward to helping businesses grow and thrive. “I enjoy working with small businesses as a trusted advisor. Knowing that I contributed to the emergence, growth, and success of businesses motivates me,” he shared.
Kyle joined FNB because of the bank’s strong commitment to community involvement and volunteerism, values that align closely with his own. “I believe in giving back to the community in which I work through volunteerism and serving on non-profit boards,” Kyle said. He is deeply involved locally, serving as Assistant Treasurer for the Friends of the Findlay Hancock County Public Library, Past President of Flag City Morning Rotary, a Chamber Ambassador for the Findlay Hancock County Chamber of Commerce, and previously served on the Hancock Literacy Board. Kyle’s dedication to supporting local initiatives aligns perfectly with FNB’s mission of improving lives through community banking.
“Kyle brings a wealth of banking experience and a deep commitment to our community,” said Brendon Matthews, President and CEO of First National Bank. “His dedication to helping businesses grow and his active involvement in local organizations reflect the values we hold at FNB. We are thrilled to have him on our team.”
Kyle will be based out of our Findlay West branch at 1114 Trenton Avenue and can be reached at 567-336-0382 with any inquiries. An open house will be planned in the near future to formally welcome him to the team.
